Do MMOs have a system where you can vote out a guild leader if they go nuts? People in the guild invest gold, trophies, etc.
Not that Orhan is unpopular enough to be voted out. Heck, the guild might get bigger if he can spin it.
In the MMOs I’ve been they hadn’t. This was a huge problem when our guild leader earlier this year just stopped caring and we had a big guild with no one in control. I kind of wish there was some kind of fail safe for this.
*sigh* Verdrana’s had that recording as proof all this time, yet it takes a guy posting it and quitting before the rest of her former guildies believe her. That’s so sadly real, it hurts.
She gave a lot of fucks, actually; if she didn’t, she wouldn’t bother with the revenge. When the situation first hit, she had no proof, remember, because she’d wiped the bank logs to try spare Orhan and the guild a huge drama. So it wasn’t that she didn’t care…she was dealing with a bunch of people who felt betrayed (and who’d probably been thru similar situations with other guilds) — and Theron dropped the ball at that point by not speaking up for her.
At the time she left I agree, she cared and was hurt they all basically stood with Whorhan. But I dunno about now, feels a bit more “CRUMBLE YOUR CASTLE!” then “I care what happens to the people after this.”
I’d not give a good god damn about the ones in the guild were it me. But eh, I’m a bitter bitter loon.
I feel like(And hope) Theron/Verdrana have the werewithal to leave the new, improved Murd as a plant in whatever Orhan makes of the wreckage of his guild.

I want to say her waiting to post it was her own choice and she gives no fucks about the people in the guild outside of Theron.
This is just her plan of stripping Orhan of his advantages while she builds her raid team. She’s CRIPPLED him for this raid tier, if not forever.
It coming from Theron just makes it harder for Orhan to spin it, since he could just play the “Well, she’s just still salty” card.

We know Vedrana’s got a min/maxer attitude. She needed time to figure out how to use it to maximum advantage.
