I was gonna say it’s possible he just got hacked since being one of the first to cap would make him a target, especially if he happened to get any lucky world drops, but realistically “hacking” isn’t very likely, it’s usually a keylogger or someone straight up giving their information out, and given that a keylogger would be a boring story, seems like Theron paid for power leveling.
Actually, one possibility that popped up to me was an odd issue WoW had ages ago. There was a time when the model for the character would load, but not their gear.
Don’t know if it was lag, server load or processor speed or what, but I had this happen after certain patches and I would initially think I was hacked, load in to see what was missing….
And nothing would be. My stuff would all be there, including the gear that was “missing” on the loading screen.
There’s also a number of other things that could happen, but the weird random stuff is what pops into mind first.
Calling he got hacked by “The other side” Because he was one of the guilds strongest PVPers and he would be able to stop whatever the “Plan” is for screwing over the characters.
You know, I can’t help but feel like this is karma in some way.

I think it’s a 50/50 chance that Theron paid for power-leveling. After all, Robin HAS drawn him as sacrificing sleep for this game.

That does seem like the possible outcome. And I doubt he would pay for a powerlevel to win a 5K gold bet when he could easily do it himself.
