The guilds where everyone is cloyingly nice to one another? They usually have short-term success, then implode spectacularly once all the pent up rage escapes.
I was in a guild like that. Everybody got along because “NO DRAMA” was part of our guild’s charter. Some members decided we weren’t raiding fast enough, they started some drama, and the guild died. That’s why I haven’t raided very much this expansion.
