Unless there is some rival guild that is as high rated and progressed as far as his current one it sounds like Orhan’s deal is: Win and make us look good and I’ll give you the bodies and mats you need to do it, which is probably what Theron was going to do anyway. He occasionally has to put up with some cronyism, but you have that everywhere. Between Theron and Orhan, Theron is like “not the briar patch brer fox!” while Orhan thinks he is winning. The only issue is if someone better than Theron comes along to replace him, and even then Theron would still be of use obviously.
I dunno, I think he is relatively safe with Orhan. I feel Vedrana’s words are a bit hollow atm.
