Some do, some don’t. We always maintained a stable of avg-above players or people that were productive but couldn’t commit to progression because of job, family, etc… They gear the noobs and pad out the guild bank if nothing else. The last year or two I’ve noticed seed guilds popping up. Kinda like minor league teams. If you’re good enough you get called up to the bigs.
So, I’ve been cut off from my computer (and therefore the internet) for the last week. And I mean cut off not as in going on a nice camping trip to the woods with the BF, but more of a spending my evenings reading and occasionally glaring at the empty space where the PC tower stood.
It’s rather disconcerting to realize how much I rely on the little binary pleasures, this comic not being the least of them.

On a side note, I am very curious about Whorhan’s elven companion. A new character being introduced, maybe?
So now he’s guild poaching, and getting ready to kick “Okay” people because… hardcore…

I hates him… those “Okay” people are the ones who did your grunt work for you, who built the guild, filled the ranks and made the kills with you and now that you can get “Better” people, he wants to drop them.
While Murd is a prick and probably deserves it, I bet he’s going to be booting a lot of decent “Okay” people too…
Come on Theron.. Gather them all up and make a new guild… Give me thissss….
Honestly, if he’s wanting to make a more hardcore guild, I can see cutting the fluff out. Orhan stands in the right!
