I believe this expansion bumped their level cap up by ten, but not until it actually dropped. Looks like they got the Monk prior to that.
Seems like the standard issue “new stuff with the system patch, new level cap with expansion release.” Just like WoW.
Nah, she hit 50 during the pre-launch period with her new Monk character. Once the expansion launched she needed to level to the new cap of 60.
