The vast majority of the best players and guild leaders I’ve ever played with have all been women. It’s not really rare, it’s just prejudices and assumptions get in the way so people act shocked.
I think I made an almost identical comment a while back heh.
I’m perennially amused at the people who come into voice chat for our raid and are surprised that half of the raid is female. (“Yes, we match the population as a whole, who knew?”)
I just noticed that the pommels of Lysandra’s swords have dragon heads on them, to match her pauldrons. I was looking today and wondering, “Wait, is her sword… smiling at me??” I had to scroll back to the previous comic to see that yes, I’m not imagining happy swords, it was in fact designed that way.
I guess there doesn’t need to be any negotiations or bribery. hahaha
A guild with a female GM and two women tanks? I… I just don’t know if I can believe it.
P.S. Is Lys a girl or a G.I.R.L? I could believe both.

One of the best, and most successful guilds on my server is run by a woman. A 60-something year old grandmother, to be exact.
